By using northmode.us, creating an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must approve your purchase.
2. PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
We work to present product colors, descriptions, materials, sizing, prices, and availability accurately. Displays and production runs can vary, and we may correct errors or update information without notice.
Products and promotions are available while supplies last. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the site or checkout clearly states otherwise. Discounts cannot be combined unless the offer says they can.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Shipping rates and available methods are shown before checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Some items are fulfilled by approved third-party partners and may arrive in separate packages.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law. If a shipment is delayed, unavailable, lost, or damaged, contact us so we can review the order and provide any remedy required by our policy or applicable law.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled under the Returns & Refunds policy in effect when you place the order. Nothing in that policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

- Do not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at scale, or misuse another person's account or information.

The NORTH//MODE name, logos, site design, copy, graphics, photographs, and other original content are owned by or licensed to NORTH//MODE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and marks belonging to other parties remain their property.

The store relies on third parties such as Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners, and carriers. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for our obligations to you under applicable law.
9. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORTH//MODE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. These terms do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. CHANGES & SEVERABILITY
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Changes apply prospectively unless the law permits otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
